not to be controversial but All fansites are shady and the fact that we actively support these obsessed people that follow bts all over the world and more often than not whitewash the pictures they take, without knowing how these people can afford to do all of this, without a job and with only selling merch as their income, is…Bad. We don’t need the photos they take. They’re not necessary. We get plenty from bts themselves (their twitter updates, bangtan bombs, vlives, now even english-spoken radioshows and interviews - all for free). They’re popular enough so they don’t even need the exposure fansites can give a group or whatever argument there is for fansites to exist. I really doubt bts love having cameras from a horde of glorified stalkers (who may one day potentially do something dangerous) up in their faces everywhere they go just so they can publish whitewashed pictures of them.
